To modify the order dated 03.12.2025 passed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP(MD)No. 22093 of 2025 wherein this Honble Court directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs. 100000/- towards cost to the Siddha Centre attached to this Honble Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22093 of 2025, dated 03.12.2025, wherein this Honble Court directed the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- towards costs to the Siddha Centre attached to this Honble Court.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted the petitioner is doing a https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

tailor work and he is not able to comply with the condition. Hence, he seeks for modification of the said condition.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.22093 of 2025 dated 03.12.2025 is modified to the effect that 'the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to Sidha Centre attached to Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai (A/c.No.6865578213, Indian Bank, Madurai Bech of Madras High Court, Madurai) as non-refundable deposit." 4.

Accorindly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
