O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents to conduct the survey in respect of the property in Natham Survey No.344/34 for an extent of 0.0.35 Hector situated at Neduvayal Village, Singampunari Taluk, Sivagangai District on the basis of petitioner's application dated 27.06.2025 within time frame fixed by this Court.

2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

3. The petitioner has submitted an application dated 27.06.2025 to the respondents to conduct survey for the aforesaid property. However, no action has been taken so far and hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the petitioner's application has been considered and survey has been conducted by the respondents. If the petitioner has any grievance, she can approach the appropriate authority.
