Prayer: Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC, to withdraw the D.V.C.No.43 of 2025 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, Theni District and transfer the same to the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.C.Ganesh Kumar, learned Counsel appearing for petitioners, submitted that petitioners do not propose to press this petition and want to withdraw the same. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the affidavit filed in support of this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition.

2. Mrs.Renuga, party-in-person stated that she had no objection to the prayer made by learned Counsel for petitioners.

3. In view of submissions and endorsement made by learned counsel for petitioners, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
