PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned suspension order dated 17.10.2025 in Ka.No.75/2025 and the consequential office memoranda/show-cause notice dated 16.10.2025, 23.10.2025, 25.10.2025, 28.10.2025, 29.10.2025, 24.11.2025 and 25.11.2025 issued by the 4th respondent against the petitioner, quash them as arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in service with all attendant benefits, backwages, continuity of service and monetary benefits within a stipulated time.

[Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.] This writ petition is filed challenging the suspension order, dated 17.10.2025, placing the petitioner under suspension pending enquiry and the other consequential memorandums / show cause notices issued by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madurai, against the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the impugned suspension order has been revoked without prejudice to the disciplinary proceedings contemplated and the petitioner has been reinstated into service in the same post.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. [G.J., J.] [K.K.R.K., J.] 02.01.2026 NCC :
