ORDER

The Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent herein to accord necessary permission and adequate protection for the Karthigai Special Poojai scheduled on 09.12.2025 for the Sri Pathirakali Amman Temple, Vairavi Keenaru, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is pending before the second respondent for consideration.

3. This Court without expressing any opinion on merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.12.2025 and pass appropriate orders today itself (i.e) on 08.12.2025.
