ORDER
The above writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the 1st respondent to re-issue petitioner's passport based upon his application dated 17.10.2025.
2. Mr.M.Murugan, learned Central Government Standing Counsel takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent. Mr.S.Prakash, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice on behalf of the 2nd respondent.
3. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the charge sheet has been laid as against the writ petitioner in C.C.No.1498/2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi on 21.04.2025.
5. In view of the above said facts, the writ petitioner is directed to approach the concerned trial Court seeking permission of the Court to go abroad. In case if any such application is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be disposed of within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of the application submitted by the petitioner. Based upon the orders to be passed by the trial Court, the 1st respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law within a period of two (2) weeks therefrom.
6. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above observations and directions. No costs.
