This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondents to issue patta to the petitioner in respect of his house property in T.S.No.915/3A1 bearing extent of about 494 Sq.ft situated at Ward No.3, Srivilliputhur, Municipal Town, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025 for issuance of patta for the property in T.S.No.915/3A1 bearing extent of about 494 Sq.ft situated at Ward No.3, Srivilliputhur, Municipal Town, Srivilliputhur Taluk, Virudhunagar District. However, no action has been 2/5
taken on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
