(Rupees Ten Lakh only) as stated in the earlier order dated 10.12.2025 within a period of eight weeks and report compliance before this Court.

2. Today, the petitioner submitted that he is ready and willing to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs only) immediately and seeks time to deposit another Rs.5,00,000/-(Rupees Five lakhs only).

3. Considering the same, this Court directs the petitioner to deposit Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs only) forthwith. The balance amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five lakhs only)shall be deposited on or before 30.03.2026, failing which, the anticipatory bail already granted shall be automatically vacated. Accordingly Crl.MP(MD)No.19635 of 2025 is ordered.

3. Since this Court modified the earlier order dated 10.12.2025, granted by this Court, the cancellation of anticipatory bail application filed in Crl.MP(MD)No.18094 of 2025 stands dismissed.
