ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10714 of 2025, dated 26.06.2025. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 41 days and that the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.10714 of 2025, dated 26.06.2025 is relaxed.
