2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides.

3. Considering the nature of the offence, and since the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly for eight days, the condition imposed by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Theni, in Crl.M.P.No.2461 of 2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, for two weeks and thereafter as and when required. The other conditions imposed by the trial Court is confirmed.
