ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the 1st respondent to consider the request of the petitioner dated 15.04.2025 to initiate departmental action as against the 2nd and 4th respondents who are alleged to have provided false information under RTI Act.
2. As far as this prayer is concerned, in case if any wrong information is provided under the Right to Information Act to the petitioner, it is for the petitioner to workout his remedy under Right to Information Act.

3. The petitioner has further prayed for a direction to the 1st respondent to issue house construction order to him under Green House Scheme 2015-2022. The petitioner has given a request on 25.09.2017 and the same is pending before the 2nd respondent.
4. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd respondent, the petitioner has already constructed a house and therefore, he would not be eligible to get benefits under the said scheme.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the request of the petitioner for house construction order and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
