ORDER
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.15045 of 2025 dated 13.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 18 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.15045 of 2025 on 13.10.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.15045 of 2025 on 13.10.2025 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in a week every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required." 10-12-2025 jbr To The Inspector Of Police, All Women Police Station, Kovilpatti, Thoothukudi.
