O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.(MD).No.7339 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.612 of 2024, dated 11.08.2025.

2. This Court by an order dated 11.08.2025 directed the petitioner to stay at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an agriculturist and due to this condition, he could not perform his regular work and he has been complying with the condition of this Court 20.08.2025.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition. 5.In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner, to stay at Trichy and report before the Cantonment Police Station, Trichy daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
