ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry based on complaint given by the third respondent in CSR.No.824 of 2024 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2025 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the dispute is with respect to transaction of an amount of Rs.4,30,000/- between the first petitioner and the third respondent. It is stated that when the first respondent summoned the first petitioner to appear for enquiry, the parties have entered into compromise themselves, pursuant to which, the first petitioner had given an undertaking in writing that he would lease out the house property to the defacto complainant for the said amount. Recording the said undertaking, the first respondent had closed the enquiry.

3. In view of the aforesaid subsequent developments, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
