This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to complete the investigation and to file the final report in Crime No.527/2025 dated 23.06.2023 with the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent submitted that after completing the enquiry, the Final Report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil by way of e-filing in No.C2025000908 on 17.07.2025, but the same is not taken on file. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
