This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to measure and demarcate the petitioner's properties in survey No.1636/1 measuring 1 acre 53 cents in patta No.2249 situated at Aundipatti, periyakulam, Theni and also direct to give adequate police protection by the 3rd respondent during the survey and fencing.
2. Both parties are present and by considering their arguments, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that online application as well as a representation have been made for survey and demarcation of the boundaries of the property in question.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that after consideration of the claims of both the parties, proper steps would be taken to demarcate the land in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.

In view of the above, this Court directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.11.2025 and demarcate the land of the petitioner, after consideration of the claims of both the parties and pass orders in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. If there are rival claims, the said issues can be agitated before the civil Court.
6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
