This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 17.11.2025 within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the 1st respondent. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the 2nd respondent, notice is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has submitted an appeal before the 1st respondent for mutation of TSLR extract and other revenue records in the name of the petitioner. However, since no action was taken, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate submits that the appeal would be disposed of within a reasonable time.

5. Considering the submissions made, without expressing any 2/4

opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
