The present contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order of this Court dated 30.07.2025 in W.P.(MD) No. 20654 of 2025, wherein this Court has directed the third respondent therein to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the show cause notice dated 05.06.2025.

2. In compliance of the order of this Court, proceedings have been issued by the third respondent on 05.01.2026. Recording the same, the present contempt petition stands closed.
