ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.26347 of 2024 dated 15.07.2025 has not been complied with.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that as against the order passed by this Court in WP.(MD)No.26347 of 2024 dated 15.07.2025, a writ appeal has been filed by the respondent and the same is pending before the Division Bench in WA.(MD)No.11 of 2026.

3.In view of the above, this contempt petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy based on the outcome of the writ appeal.
