PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19510 of 2025 dated 06.11.2025. 1/4

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19510 of 2025, dated 06.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 20 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.19510 of 2025 on 06.11.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.19510 of 2025 on 06.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police daily once at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 12.12.2025 pal 2/4
