ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to execute the warrant issued against the 3rd respondent by the Judicial Magistrate I, Kovilpatti in Crl.M.P.No. 3346 of 2016 dated 14.09.2021 in order to execute the warrant and in pursuant to the representation dated 18.07.2025.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court hereby directs the second respondent to execute the warrant issued against the 3rd respondent by the Judicial Magistrate I, Kovilpatti in Crl.M.P.No. 3346 of 2016 dated 14.09.2021, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
