ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.13719 of 2024 and 9218 of 2024 , dated 04.08.2025.

2. This Court by an order dated 04.08.2025 directed the petitioners to appear before he Krishnagiri Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners has been complying with the condition of this Court from 08.08.2025 and 09.08.2025.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition. 5.In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
