ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondent to dispense with the presence of the petitioner and permit her husband Mr.C.Palanikumar to participate and produce all her original certificates to attend certificate verification conducted by the respondent on 08.12.2025 at Jayagopal Guardia Government Higher Secondary School, Virugambakkam, Chennai-92 and consequently to provide the employment to the petitioner as Post Graduate Assistant (English) if the petitioner is otherwise eligible by considering the application of the petitioner dated 26.07.2025 bearing application number PGA074945. 2/5
2.The petitioner is in advance stage of pregnancy and she has been advised not to travel and therefore, she has filed this writ petition to dispense with her personal appearance for certificate verification. The petitioner is prepared to produce all her certificate, on 08.12.2025 through her husband. 3.Considering the limited relief sought for and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in advance stage of pregnancy, this writ petition is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to produce all her certificate, on 08.12.2025 for verification through her husband. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
