Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 6th respondent pertaining to the impugned proceedings of the 6th respondent dated 14.10.2025 in Na.Ka.No.52-18/2025/A4 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, ultravires, without jurisdiction and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry in the light of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 27.08.2024 in Na.Ka. No.A2/18504/24.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned proceedings of the 6th respondent dated 14.10.2025 and to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct an enquiry in the light of the proceedings of the 2nd respondent dated 27.08.2024.
2. Though this Writ Petition has been filed for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he is 2/6
restricting the prayer to the extent of directing the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct enquiry and to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2024. According to the learned counsel, the petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 09.08.2024 requesting to remove the words 'Temple Lands Prohibited', which were unlawfully inserted in Patta No.1362. In pursuance thereof, the second respondent called for a Report from the third respondent and in turn, the third respondent called for a Report from the fifth respondent. However, there was no further communication from the respondents 1 to 5. While so, the sixth respondent, without any jurisdiction, sent a letter dated 14.10.2025 to the petitioner stating that he had taken charge as Fit Person and that the insertion of the words 'Temple Lands Prohibited' in Patta No.1362 is correct. Under such circumstances, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 would submit that the second respondent is in the process of conducting enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2024 and the present Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Report of the sixth respondent / Fit Person.

4. I have given due consideration to the submissions made on either sides.
5. In the present case, the petitioner has made a representation to the second respondent on 09.08.2024 and he is concerned only with conducting enquiry and disposal of his representation. It appears that the second respondent has already acted upon the representation of the petitioner and is in the process of conducting enquiry. In view of the same, this Court directs the second respondent to conclude the enquiry after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as rival parties, if any, and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.08.2024 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
