The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 85 of BNS 2023, (corresponding Section 498A of IPC) in Crime No.Not known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint was registered in Crime No.810 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police and after investigation, the respondent police has closed the complaint. He has also produced the copy of the same.
