PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.17816 of 2025 dated 15.10.2025. 1/4
ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17816 of 2025, dated 15.10.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 39 days.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.17816 of 2025 on 15.10.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.17816 of 2025 on 15.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police twice a month, i.e., on the 1st and 15th day of every English calendar month, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 12.12.2025 pal 2/4
