ORDER

The present contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD).No.18576 of 2025 dated 09.07.2025 wherein this Court has directed the respondents 1 and 2 to implement the order dated 07.10.2024 passed by the first respondent wherein a notice has been issued to the respondents 3 and 4 to remove the toilet. 2.A perusal of the records reveal that though a notice was issued by the respondents 1 and 2 on 07.10.2024 directing the respondents 3 and 4 to remove the toilet, the said notice has been recalled on 08.10.2024. This fact was not brought to the notice of the Court when orders were passed on 09.07.2025.

3.In view of the above said facts, this contempt petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.10.2024, if he is so advised. No costs.
