JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) We find no merits in this writ appeal, since the order of the learned Single Judge has disposed the writ petition with a specific direction to the Sub Registrar not to entertain any instrument citing the final decree in O.S.No.25 of 1972 relating to the subject property, since the said final decree has already been set aside. 2.Accordingly, this writ appeal stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
