2. When the matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner name is not mentioned in the First Information Report.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, since the petitioner's name is not found in the First Information Report, this Court is inclined to close this petition.
