This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner Crl.MP.No.14033/2025 in Crl.OP(MD)No.14394/2025 dated 10.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) raised an objection to allow this petition.

4. Taking into consideration of the fact that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
