PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner by the order dated 28.08.2025 made in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11279 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6935 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.963 of 2023.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN,J.) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.(MD).No.11279 of 2025 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6935 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.963 of 2023 dated 28.08.2025.

2. This Court by an order dated 28.08.2025 directed the petitioner to stay at Perambalur District and appear before the Inspector of Police, Perambalur Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the sole bread winner for his family and he has been complying with the condition of this Court 29.08.2025.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for modifying the condition. 5.In the light of the above fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner, to stay at Perambalur District and appear before the Inspector of Police, Perambalur Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
