ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application
dated 22.10.2025 regarding the issuance of patta for Survey Nos.581/1, 581/3A, 581/3B, 581/3C, and 581/3D, having an extent of 4 acres 33 cents and 10 cents each, respectively, at Sengalakurichi Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District, within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Mr.S.Kameswaran, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondent and submits that the petitioner's application has already been considered and orders were passed on 04.11.2025.
3. Recording the said submission, and considering that orders on the petitioner's application have already been passed on 04.11.2025, this Court finds that the cause of action in the present writ petition no longer survives. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the proceedings dated 04.11.2025 in the manner known to law.
