This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's online application dated 22.10.2025 in respect to issuance of patta for Survey No.581/1a having an extent of 1.59 hectares at Sengalakurichi Village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner submitted an online application on 22.10.2025 for issuance of patta for Survey No.581/1a having an extent of 1.59 hectares at Sengalakurichi Village, Nanguneri Taluk. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent, submits that pursuant to the representation of the petitioner, the respondent has passed a speaking order denying patta. 2/4

5. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to question the said refusal. There shall be no order as to costs.
