This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent herein to restore the FMB to its old position and remove the wrongly uploaded FMB made by the 2nd and 3rd respondents regarding the land to an extent of 32 Acres 16 Cents comprised in Survey No. 2/5
1853/1D7A situated at Gangaikondan Village, Tirunelveli Taluk, Gangaikondan Sub-D., Tirunelveli Registration District, Tirunelveli District and upload the same in online by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16-09-2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents for R1 to R4. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 5 to 8, notice is dispensed with.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 16.09.2025 to the respondents 1 to 4 to restore the FMB to its original position and for removing the wrong entry made therein. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law. 3/5

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.09.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
