O R D E R

Alleging that the order of this Court dated 21.02.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.4791 of 2025 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 21.02.2025 passed in W.P.(MD) No.4791 of 2025, notice for survey of the petitioner's land has been issued and the survey is scheduled to be conducted on 09.01.2026.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, in the event of the respondents not concluding the survey as undertaken, the petitioner is at liberty to seek revival of the contempt petition.
