Alleging that the order of this Court dated 26.09.2024 passed in W.P.(MD) No.19162 of 2024 has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order dated 26.09.2024 passed in W.P.(MD) No.19162 of 2024 has been duly complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 17.12.2025 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.61/2023/A4 has been produced before this Court.
