ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the order of this Court in WP.(MD)No.18653 of 2025 dated 10.07.2025, has not been complied with.

2.Earlier, the petitioner has filed a writ petition in WP.(MD)No. 18653 of 2025 seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the medical reimbursement claim of the petitioner's husband for a sum of Rs.1,70,833/-, and this Court by its order dated 10.07.2025 has passed the following order:- 6 In the light of the above observations, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to forward the petitioner's representation 17.02.2025 to the fifth respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the fifth respondent is directed to consider the same, on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks thereafter. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any of its views with regard to the merits of the matter and that it is open to the respondents to consider the same on its own merits.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, by referring to the written instructions provided to him by the District Treasury Officer, Tuticorin dated 04.02.2026, submits that a sum of Rs.55,000/- towards medical reimbursement has been paid.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner disputed the amount paid by the respondents that the respondents are yet to pay some more amount to the petitioner.

5.Considering the nature of relief granted in the writ petition, this contempt petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy in the manner known to law, if the amount has not been fully settled.
