ORDER

These Civil Revision Petitions have been filed challenging the fair and decreetal orders dated 28.10.2025, passed by the learned Sub Judge, Kovilpatti, in I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 in H.M.O.P.No.287 of 2021.

2. The petitioner filed two applications before the trial Court to reopen the cross-examination of P.W.1 and to recall the petitioner's side witnesses. The said applications were dismissed by the learned Judge stating that the reason stated in the petitions is not acceptable for reopening the cross-examination of P.W.1 and for recalling the petitioner's side witnesses and that there is no prima facie case in this regard.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner contended that unless the applications are allowed to enable them to put certain questions which were left out during the cross-examination of P.W.1, it would cause great injustice.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent pointed out the relevant portion of the impugned order in I.A.No.3 of 2025 in H.M.O.P.No.287 of 2021, dated 28.10.2025, and the same is extracted hereunder:

From the above, it is seen that the revision petitioner, who is the wife, has admitted that the respondent/husband has agreed to give a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- towards full and final settlement and at this stage of arguments, she has come forward to file applications to reopen and recall P.W.1. The said applications were dismissed by the learned trial Judge, taking note of the admission already made by the revision petitioner. 5/7

5. Hence, these Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as devoid of merits. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
