This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to provide house site patta to the petitioner as per the guarantee given by the 3rd respondent in the proceedings in Na.Ka. 03/2018/A7 dated 18.08.2018 and Na.Ka. No.200/2025/A7 dated 11.11.2025 and by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.07.2025 within a time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent. By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation on 11.11.2025 to the respondents for issuance of patta for the petitioner's land. However, no action has been taken on the said petition. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents, submits that the petitioner's representation would be considered on merits and in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.11.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
