Heard Mr.S.G.L.Rishwanth, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr.P.Kottaisamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st Respondent.

2. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Section IV Rule 9(4) of Appellate Side Rules, seeking to condone the delay of 92 days in representing the said criminal revision petition.

3. Mr.P.Kottaisamy, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the 1st Respondent, has stated that he has no objection to allowing this petition.

4. Being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition, the delay of 92 days in representing the above criminal revision petition is condoned.

5. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Petition, if it is otherwise in order.
