ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2025 and conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner under the monitoring of the second respondent.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits, directs the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.11.2025 and pass orders, in accordance to law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
