ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent police, submitted that the names of the first to third petitioners are not shown in the alteration report and that the fourth and fifth petitioners have already been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.
