ORDER
The petitioners seek for quash of the FIR in Crime No.88 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a final report has also been filed before the learned Judge, PCR Court, Madurai, through online in E-Filing No.LTN20220001817C202400104 on 02.05.2018. However, it has not been taken on file.
3. In view of the above, the learned Judge, PCR Court, Madurai, is also directed to take the case on file forthwith. This Criminal Original Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, if so advised.
