Respondent / Complainant PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 483(1)(b) of BNSS, to modify the condition no.III, that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police when required instead of the petitioner should appear and sign before the respondent police station daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3824 of 2025 dated 03.11.2025 passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi.

Mr.S.S.Manoj, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking modification of condition no. (iii) imposed by the Court below while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P. No.3824 of 2025, dated 03.11.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and taking note of the fact that there are no previous cases against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition no.(iii) as follows: "the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation."

The other conditions imposed by the Court below shall stand as it is.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed with the above modification.
