ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 637 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition against the order dated 22.11.2023 made in E.A. No. 44 of 2020 in E.P. No. 148 of 2020 in O.S. No. 88 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Court, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner is aged and bedridden due to illness.

3. Per contra, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that no sufficient reasons have been assigned to explain the delay. In the absence of any reasonable explanation, such an application for condonation of delay cannot be entertained. 2/4

4. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for want of merits. Consequently, CRP(MD) Sr. No. 106165 of 2025 is rejected at the SR stage itself.
