ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the defacto complainant in CC No.738 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichirappalli, seeking expeditious disposal of the criminal case.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, FIR was registered on 30.08.2011 and the charge sheet came to be filed belatedly. He further submits that the defacto complainant is aged about 80 years and that summons issued to A1 and A2 have not yet been served. 3.Considering the aforesaid facts, there shall be a direction to the Station House Officer of the respondent Police to initiate appropriate steps for expeditious production of A1 and A2. On such production, the concerned Court shall take effective steps for the expeditious disposal of the case in CC No.738 of 2025, on merits and in accordance with law. 2/4

4.With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
