This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition dated 22.09.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Tahsildhar and other revenue authorities have declined the petitioner's claim. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has filed the revision petition before the respondent.

3. Heard the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

4. This Court has perused the records and found no valid grounds were raised for consideration by the revenue authorities. The petitioner is hereby directed to submit a fresh revision application in the prescribed format within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.. Subsequently, the respondent shall consider and dispose of the revision application within four months therefrom.
