This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent herein to dispose of the statutory appeal dated 27.11.2025 pending on his file within a reasonable time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent. By consent of both 1/4

sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. The petitioner has submitted a statutory appeal challenging the order of the Tahsildar dated 06.01.2025 before the respondent. However, since the appeal has not been disposed of, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate submits that the appeal would be disposed of within a reasonable time.

5. Considering the submissions made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
