O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.11.2025, and conduct enquiry upon the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to not to register any new Trust Deed in the name of Sri Muniyappa Swamy Sri Adilakshmi Temple.

2. Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for respondents. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. The petitioner, being a President of Sri Muniyappa Swamy Sri Adhi Lakshmi Trust, has made a representation on 27.11.2025, seeking to not to register any new Trust deed in the name of Sri Muniyappa Swamy Sri Adilakshmi Temple. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that it is only an apprehension of the petitioner and no trust deed would be registered similar to the name of the petitioner Trust. He further submitted that if any application is received, after issuing notice to the petitioner, any registration will be carried out.

5. Considering the submissions made by both sides, this Court is of the view that it is only apprehension of the petitioner and if any application is received, before the registration, the respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner as a protest petition and thereafter, pass appropriate orders.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
