ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused who apprehends arrest in the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 381 of IPC 1860, in Crime No.699 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail,

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner has taken the documents through the Record clerk, which were filed in the Court. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent conditions that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he seeks anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has involved in very serious offence and the investigation is still pending. Hence, he objected to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, and also the fact that the petitioner is involved in a very serious offence, and the investigation is at an initial stage. If the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, there will not be any production for the litigant to the public. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
